★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Collocati in un vicolo che profuma di pane caldo..impossibile mancare questo appuntamento..simpaticissimi..ti porti via un chilo di pane e pizza..e ridi ogni volta alle loro battute in romanesco!! Da provare: scrocchiarella.mmm..pizza rossa e bianca..top rosette grandi e piccole..occhio però..si rischia il sovrappeso!!
Placed in an alley that smells of hot bread .. impossible to miss this appointment .. very easy .. you take away a kilo of bread and pizza .. and laugh every time at their jokes in Roman dialect! To try: scrocchiarella.mmm..pizza red and white..top rosettes big and small..eye though..you risk being overweight !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forno a gestione familiare e non solo , lavora un po’ come si faceva una volta, con lievito madre ( perciò la pizza è leggera e digeribile ) e vendo l’impasto pronto ,le rosette tipiche romane belle soffiate, ( alte e vuote al loro interno ) poi fanno dei mini cornettini salati che vale la pena assaggiarli. Dolci di vario tipo dal salame al cioccolato a lingue di gatto frappe con e senza cioccolato ecc un forno completo . Per il parcheggio è un problema non sempre si trova bisogna girare un pochino .( io consiglio di parcheggiarla nell’ adiacente via Renato fucini e fare due passi a piedi ). Consigliato
A family-run oven and more, it works a bit like it used to be, with mother yeast (therefore the pizza is light and digestible) and I sell the ready-made dough, the typical Roman blown rosettes, (high and empty at their internal) then they make savory mini croissants that are worth tasting. Desserts of various types from chocolate salami to cat's tongue frappe with and without chocolate etc. a complete oven. For parking it is not always a problem, you have to turn a little bit. Recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno dei migliori forni della zona. Tradizione romana, pane sempre fresco, pizza rossa e cornettini salati pazzeschi! Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Peccato non sia aperto anche di pomeriggio, ma decisamente consigliato.
One of the best bakeries in the area. Roman tradition, always fresh bread, red pizza and crazy savory croissants! Good value for money. Too bad it is not open even in the afternoon, but definitely recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good bread! Roman white pizza is good! Now difficult to find it as good! Definitely worth a sto also for a snack, just follow your nose, smell of bakery all around. There is no sign, you have to walk down a small road that looks like a driveway to a garage!
