L'avrei accompagnata io se avessi potuto per fare la toelettatura solita da voi, ma è dovuta andare mia madre per miei motivi di lavoro. So benissimo che mia madre non è in grado di avere determinate accortezze, penso io al mio cane, tutto quello che concerne veterinario, vaccini, antipulci, medicine ecc... perché avendo molta paura ed essendo purtroppo invecchiata parecchio io ho il mio metodo, abbiamo un'empatia verbale e infatti ero molto preoccupata. Dopo la vostra spiegazione e dopo aver risentito bene mia madre per i fatti accaduti mi scuso. Mi sono fatta prendere istintivamente dalla rabbia di aver capito che il cane non l'avreste più lavato perché si era perso i bisogni. Ho capito solo adesso che probabilmente ha rischiato quasi un'infarto, di conseguenza amo il mio cane e se è arrivato il momento di lavarlo con uno shampoo a secco lo farò io a casa. Non pensavo potesse accadere una cosa del genere, il lavaggio l'ho sempre fatto una volta l'anno e non di più, infatti l'anno scorso non è accaduto nulla. Mi dispiace anche del fatto che vi siate spaventati... ripeto non l'avrei assolutamente portata se avessi saputo prima cosa poteva succedere. Marco ti ringrazio del fatto che sei stato vicino a lei durante l'asciugatura in modo "diverso " rispetto ad un altro cane .
