Ho ordinato una medaglietta x il mio cane e mi hanno avvisato tramite SMS dell'arrivo in negozio. Davvero gentili e soprattutto un servizio pratico e utile. Consiglio, vivamente! A really well stocked, tidy and very clean pet shop. The staff is very friendly, helpful and above all kind. A rare thing to find today. I ordered a medal for my dog and they informed me via SMS of the arrival in the store. Really kind and above all a practical and useful service. I highly recommend it!

La prima motivazione è la cortesia dei suoi proprietari che dimostrano di conoscere il mestiere e di saper trattare la clientela con disponibilità e gentilezza. Sono sempre puntuali quando devo ordinare qualcosa e sono riuscita anche a trovare una buona protezione per il cane dal freddo a un prezzo accettabile. È un negozio che non mi dà la sensazione sgradevole che provo nelle grandi catene di vendita per animali di un rapporto personale col cliente e di professionalità. Il negozio è fornito, offre una scelta di prodotti anche a prezzi molto differenziati. I give 5 stars to this pet shop that offers a good choice on items for dogs and cats. The first motivation is the courtesy of its owners who demonstrate that they know the job and know how to treat customers with availability and kindness. They are always on time when I have to order something and I have also managed to find good protection for the dog from the cold at an acceptable price. It is a shop that does not give me the unpleasant feeling that I feel in the large animal sales chains of a personal relationship with the customer and professionalism. Se richiami e chiedi loro spiegazioni rispondono in modo aggressivo e sgarbato e attaccano di nuovo senza dar modo di spiegare. Da due anni sempre la stessa storia. Vi faccio molti Auguri! There are no words! Lack of customer care, rude behavior, they hang the phone in the customer's face regularly. If you call back and ask them for explanations, they respond aggressively and rudely and attack again without giving a chance to explain. For two years always the same story. I wish you many wishes!
