★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are in San Gimmignano and you have not visited II palagione for their wine or stayed in the lovely accomodation, your visit to the Tuscany region is incomplete. Georgio and his family have a beautiful property in the midst of Tuscany wilderness but still close to all the must visit sites in the region. Equally lovely is their hospitality and the minute details that they take care to ensure that their guests have an unforgettable vacation. Special mention to Davide who took us for a lovely winery tour and made it super interesting with anecdotes and jokes. Highly recommend if you are in the region and looking to have a lovely time!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Georgio and his family were great and welcoming! The place is amazing, rooms are plenty or little attention ans the breakfast is perfect! (homemade cakes and jams, honeys, cheese and salami from the area, fresh fruit and juice etc etc.). Georgio were really helpful, he knows perfectly the best places to visit as well as excellent typical restaurants near the house. Finally, his wine is excellent so we had to ship some to France after we tasted them! Many thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wine tasting session with Giorgio - the founder and owner of the winery. It was an awesome experience, he talked a lot about the process, said many interesting things about the Italy, region of San gimignano and about wine of course. You can see the passion in this place, and obviously you can feel it the taste of the wine. Each wine we tried was really really good. Afterwards we bought some bottles. Also the olive oil is delicious. I can definitely recommend this place :)
