★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati nella cantina Palagione per una semplicissima degustazione di vini ma appena arrivati ci siamo sentiti subito a casa e tre ore sono volate, è un'azienda agricola a conduzione famigliare nata poco meno di trent'anni fa e la signora Monica ci ha messi subito a nostro agio ci ha fatto assaggiare tutta la loro gamma di vini raccontandoci anche con simpatici aneddoti il perché dei loro nomi, ci ha spiegato in modo impeccabile le caratteristiche di ogni vino ci ha raccontato la storia della loro cantina dei sacrifici che sono stati fatti e dei loro sogni.
Abbiamo fatto tantissime degustazione in giro per l'Italia in tantissime cantine da nord a sud ma un'esperienza così mai fatta ci siamo sentiti a casa speriamo di tornare presto.

 We went to the Palagione winery for a very simple wine tasting but as soon as we arrived we immediately felt at home and three hours flew by, it is a family-run farm born a little less than thirty years ago and Mrs. Monica put us right away. at ease he made us taste their entire range of wines also telling us with nice anecdotes the reason for their names, he explained to us in an impeccable way the characteristics of each wine he told us the story of their cellar of the sacrifices that have been made and of their dreams.
We have done many tastings around Italy in many wineries from north to south but an experience so never made we felt at home we hope to return soon.

Lovely experience with Giorgio tasting 6 wines for 10euro and he gave us some great recommendations for places nearby to stop and eat.
