Trovi il meglio della salumeria e dei prosciutti italiani, prodotti rari in materia di risi, paste, legumi. Uova indimenticabili e una grande scelta di pane. Gastronomia pronta, anche con la tiella di Gaeta (!!), grigliati assortiti, verdure cotte, porchetta d'autore, vitello tonnato, etc. etc Preparazioni "al volo" come gli indimenticabili involtini di scottona con rucola e parmigiano, piatti di salmone, etc etc. La gentilezza di tutti è veramente rara ed è arricchita da una infallibile memoria per le preferenze del cliente, pazienza nel ricercarti le cose più strane, disponibilità a consigli su un singolo piatto o su un intero menù. E se ti servono, trovi anche prodotti comuni (...un busta di talco, ad esempio). Tutto insieme crea uno stile inconfondibile e a mio giudizio IMPAGABILE, pienamente all'altezza delle origini del titolare, un vero "maestro norcino". I colori, gli odori ti affascinano e ti circuiscono, facendo del tuo stazionare nel negozio un'esperienza appagante se pur carica di promesse. Anche perché i prodotti che propongono sono eccezionali. Ovvero: non rappresentano la norma. Superiori, eccellenti. E cari, naturalmente. Ma vai la pena concedersi di quando in quando degli autentici ravioli di cinta senese, o prodotti di salumeria/formaggeria/panetteria veramente buoni...
