Ci hanno proposto di provare ad effettuare un saldo e stralcio al costo di 1000 euro per un'immobile all'asta, una volta accettato ci hanno risposto che dopo un contatto telefonico con il curatore gli era stato risposto che la trattativa non si poteva avviare perché l'esecutato stava cercando un accordo con i debitori. Quindi niente da fare, neppure a provare a fare delle offerte ma i soldi ovviamente li hanno presi. Tra l'altro eravamo rimasti d'accordo di avvisarci se ci fossero stati immobili del genere nei mesi successivi ma non si sono fatti più sentire seppur li abbia poi trovati autonomamente (quindi c'erano eccome) ma ovviamente non ci saremmo caduti un'altra volta nel giochetto del saldo e stralcio per cui è finita così. Peccato veramente , all'apparenza sembravano seri e professionali.
