Un punto di riferimento del quartiere anche solo per un brindisi e una chiaccherata. Piccolo e con pochi posti quindi spesso affollato. E ieri sera roberto, il proprietario,mi ha fatto ritrovare l’atmosfera romana che cercavo dopo il ritorno alla realtà. Un viaggio intorno al mondo seduta su un tavolino traballante in mezzo a cartoni che nascondono tesori gourmet, che con delicatezza, ma sempre un po’ di invadenza, come sono fatta io, gli ho fatto aprire per rivelarci i suoi gioielli…. Panettoni artigianali dai sapori antichi e torroni che nascondono frutta secca pregiatissima. Un percorso di bollicine e southern francesi con delicatezze e salumi italiani di alto livello, serviti nel suo modo che interpreto: solo a te che puoi capire rivelo il buono che ho… un po’ come sono io..
