La cassiera va a verificare torna e mi dice con fare strafottente “mi ricordavo bene, 6.9€”. Incuriosito torno a vedere e ora si, c’era scritto 6.9€ ma sopra l’etichetta si vedeva chiaramente Che il prezzo 5.34€ era stato staccato da poco. g	giorgio sgobbi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grande scortesia da parte di una dipendente che, pur essendomi scusato per non aver visto il cartello di divieto di accesso ai cani (forse l’unico supermercato del Flaminio) continuava a riprendermi sebbene stessi per pagare ed uscire, pretendendo che lo prendessi in braccio. Se già non frequentavo i locali che vietano l’accesso ai cani, adesso sulla #coop ci metto una lapide sopra (fortunatamente ce ne sono altri tre in un raggio di 300 metri). W carrefour di via Fracassini, grande cortesia es accesso ai cani. Sia al banco, sempre pronto al consiglio ma anche ad accettare qualche rara osservazione su prodotti già acquistati, sia alla cassa. Mi servo alla Coop di via Donatello sin dalla sua apertura e debbo dire all’inizio dell’attività non ero sempre soddisfatto soprattutto del reparto frutta e verdura. Man mano le cose sono cambiate grazie soprattutto alla competenza della Direttrice e oggi posso dire che quasi mai la scelta non corrisponde ai requisiti. Una menzione speciale: durante il lungo periodo di lockdown il servizio è stato garantito sempre con efficienza, rigore e, quando possibile, con un sorriso. Buon 2022 alla Coop di via Donatello! E grazie. It is my favorite shop where I find Coop quality and safety on all my purchases, a wide choice of items from the brands I prefer and friendliness, competence and willingness to listen to all the staff. Both at the counter, always ready for advice but also to accept some rare observations on products already purchased, and at the checkout. I have used the Coop in via Donatello since its opening and I must say at the beginning of the business I was not always satisfied especially with the fruit and vegetable department. Little by little things have changed thanks above all to the competence of the Director and today I can say that the choice almost never corresponds to the requirements. A special mention: during the long lockdown period the service was always guaranteed with efficiency, rigor and, when possible, with a smile. Happy 2022 at the Coop in via Donatello! And thanks.
