★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic food and friendly service, the atmosphere at Osteria Flaminio is relaxed and welcoming, especially on the cold evening we went. Great local place without any of the touristy-fluff. It was a little pricy, but for nice occasions, this restaurant is perfect. A favorite spot of many Romans we talked to, Osteria Flaminio is a nice restaurant with delicious food!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After my Maxxi visit I had to come here after reading the good reviews... and I must say I'm glad I came here and went for the lunch buffett! There was fresh pasta, chicken/rabbit, beef, loads of delicious vegs, bread, bruschetta, potatoes, sausages and a cheese and salami platter just for €8 (Tuesdays only) the other days vary from 10-12€. Lovely staff, locals were having a good time and the atmosphere was lovely .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit variable; we had two lovely starters and excellent wine, but when we had pasta we were told that one of the (very few) ingredients in one dish we had ordered was not available and the other dish when it came was so salty that it was virtually inedible. The waitress was very nice and they did give us a discount because of this - and she said that if we had said something earlier they would have changed it - but we were surprised that they had produced something that was barely edible. Especially given the prices we had expected better. I don’t think we would go back.
