E	Enis Ozyar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel located very close to Monopoli. Surrounded by olive trees, nicely decorated. Staff, rooms, food are excellent. Staff was very helpful. During reservation it was very difficult to reach them and get a response. Breakfast is very satisfactory.
J	Johann D. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stay there for 3 nights and left with mixed feeling between the beauty and the quietness of the location and the services which wasn't to the level expected in a 5-star hotel. Let's start by the positive. Hotel is very quiet in a maserria (old farmhouse) giving a sentiment of privacy and exclusivity. The rooms are basic, slightly old dated some would sau but with lots of charm. Breakfast was excellent with good natural products, large choice of cake and fruits though the coffee could be improved as cappuccino was lots of milk and nearly no coffee. Pool area is very nice as well with enough sun beds for all clients. On the downside, staff was completely unhelpful. Each time we asked for a simple question about local knowledge, we are just told to visit 'city center', thanks could have guess that myself ! When we arrived, not a single staff was saying hello or smiling but as soon as it was weekend with fancy wedding clients, they started to change their attitude... miracle! They have a hotel bar where you need to wait 10-15min because there's no one at the bar and you need to find staff by yourself to get a drink served. The gym is small with very few and old equipments and it closes when the spa is closing so you can't go before or after your day out (and since you eat/drink a lot during your Italian holidays...you need the gym!) Overall the hotel is a raw gem which just need to be polished by improving the amenities and services to the level expected when you stay in a 5-star hotel.
D	D. W. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place though a bit remote, you will absolutely need a car if you stay here. Gorgeous buildings ,good staff but a little disorganised and sometimes inattentive. Interesting menu, some flavours excellent (best tiramisu I've ever had) and inventively done. Not quite at the level of the peschiera sister property, but less of a fish focus if that is a bonus.
C	C E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gorgeous masseria, spacious and romantic. The food was delicious and authentic, staff was warm and accommodating, nice pool and the SPA services are very good. If you have no car or don't want to drive, you can use the shuttle service to the beach.
A	Alejandra Huerta Moragón on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authentic masseria with fantastic and extremely well kept facilities + good access to the beach. Breakfast is fantastic and the rooms are charming. Despite the size, the hotel has less than 30 rooms which makes it not crowded at all wherever you go within the property. Two negative points, hence the 4/5 stars: (I) the bed was terrible, really noisy and mattress was not straight (we stayed in one of the suites). (II) The personnel at the reception was very stubborn and insisted we needed to pay for the room despite the fact we had already payed with Hyatt award points, it took several calls (+40 min) to Hyatt customer service to finally fix it. I would definitely go back.

D	Diletta Fico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an absolute dream staying at Il Melograno. The place is full of charm, with trees and vegetation of any kind. Rooms are beautiful, as well as food, staff and the pool. We also enjoyed their private beach Tamerici, and the amazing restaurants Saleblu. We will surely come back here, and can classify this as one of the most relaxing and charming place my husband and I have been!
