Buono...ma non buonissimo.
L'impasto è molto dolce e poco lievitato.
Non ha le classiche bolle interne di aria.
Ed il colore del pistacchio è stranamente verde acceso, quando naturalmente il pistacchio dovrebbe essere beige.

Mi sono recata al forno in qualsiasi ora della giornata e per qualsiasi esigenza, dalla colazione, alla merenda, dai pranzi alla pizza da asporto la sera. Non sono mai rimasta delusa, prodotti di ottima qualità, ambiente familiare e personale sempre sorridente e professionale. Punto notevolmente a favore è la varietà di impasti e farine utilizzate per pane, pizza e schiacciate. Inoltre hanno uno shop online dove è possibile acquistare le loro produzioni artigianali: panettoni, cantuccini, pandori; perfetto per le idee regalo natalizie.
Se siete in cerca di qualità, artigianalità ma allo stesso tempo semplicità passate da questo locale e vi sentirete sempre soddisfatti e accolti nel migliore dei modi.
