★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non hanno sempre prezzi competitivi, ma in fatto di qualità, macelleria e ortofrutta in primis, è senza dubbio un gradino superiore.Ho provato la carne anche in altri posti ma alla fine torno sempre a Pontorme. Bravi!!!
They don't always have competitive prices, but in terms of quality, butchery and fruit and vegetables in the first place, it is undoubtedly a step higher. I have tried meat in other places too but in the end I always come back to Pontorme. Well done !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo supermercato con prodotti di marca, il pesce fresco viene venduto a giorni alternati. Non accetta i buoni pasto in cartaceo. Avendo i buoni in cartaceo non ci ritornero.
Excellent supermarket with branded products, fresh fish is sold on alternate days. Does not accept paper meal vouchers. Having the coupons on paper I will not go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera penso di farvi cosa gradita a informarvi che la vostra carne ha perso la qualità, mi riferisco soprattutto al manzo: le bistecche e i pezzi per il roastbeef sono diventati duri e hanno un sapore sgradevole. Ormai avevo rinunciato a comprare la bistecca, ma ieri ho riprovato acquistando e cucinando il roastbeef che ho buttato perchè a me e agli atri componenti della mia famiglia è risultato immasticabile . Premetto che il roastbeef è il mio piatto "forte". La vostra carne era la migliore della zona e non capisco proprio cosa sia successo. Posso soltanto dire che dovrò trovare un'altra macelleria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è un supermercato, ma una gioielleria. Davvero, una volta entrati, 50 euro di spesa. Il personale è cortese ed educato, la qualità delle materie prime è fresca e buona, ma non giustifica il prezzo chiesto.
