 I go to Capraia, and they are all wonderful, you enter a beautiful supermarket, never without always well stocked and well organized, but I like the professionalism and their always being very available to me are the number 1 , I will NEVER leave them. Thanks for being there, Giovanna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante il periodo covid gli approvvigionamenti erano scarsi e con poche info ora tutto normale prezzi superiori specie per frutta e ortaggi essendo un piccolo supermercato trovate tutto il necessario.

During the covid period supplies were scarce and with little info now everything normal higher prices especially for fruit and vegetables being a small supermarket you find everything you need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supermercato con comodo posteggio (a parte l'immancabile vucomprà), abbastanza fornito ma con prezzi un pò alti. Punto dolente le casse: bene aver aperto un'altra cassa perchè c'era fila (solo una cassa aperta!) ma poi il ragazzo non faceva che chiedere all'altra cassiera come doveva fare (forse era nuovo) e lei lasciava la sua postazione per correggere gli errori. In tutto ciò noi clienti si doveva aspettare. Poco professionale.
Supermarket with convenient parking (apart from the ever-present vucomprà), fairly stocked but with a bit high prices. Sore point the crates: good to have opened another crate because there was a queue (only an open chest!) But then the guy did nothing but ask the other cashier how he should do (maybe it was new) and she left her post to correct errors. In all this we customers had to wait. Unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto una pessima esperienza, ho acquistato un articolo che poi è risultato difettoso, l’ho riportato in negozio la commessa ha verificato il problema, ma mi è stato detto che ci voleva il capo negozio per effettuare il cambio/reso, dopo una settimana nella quale non sono stata neanche richiamata, mi sono recata di nuovo in negozio e mi hanno detto praticamente che erano fatti miei perché la casa madre non aveva accettato il reso, perqui devo dedurre che per loro un cliente vale meno di €13 ( ora capisco perché è quasi sempre vuoto)
I had a very bad experience, I bought an item which then turned out to be defective, I brought it back to the store the saleswoman verified the problem, but I was told that it took the store manager to make the exchange / return, after a week in which I have not even been called back, I went back to the shop and they practically told me that it was my business because the parent company had not accepted the return, so I have to deduce that for them a customer is worth less than € 13 (now I understand because it is almost always empty)

Commessi molto bravi e gentili. Un supermercato con il servizio di un alimentari. Perfetto. Prezzi merce confezionata poco sopra la media.
Great supermarket for the size of a man, the shopping is very good. Worthy of praise is the quality of the meat. In any supermarket you find that quality at that price. Very good and kind salesmen. A supermarket with a grocery service. Perfect. Prices of packaged goods just above average.
