Listen to the needs and make a personalized food plan without distorting but taking into account the needs and habits of the person. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato la Dottoressa Elisabetta Bafile dopo aver visto una sua "succulenta" ricetta; mi sono detta: "Lei è quella che fa per me!!!" E così è stato!!! Ad oggi ho perso 13,5 kg attenendomi a piccole semplici regole, seguendo l'alimentazione che mi ha consigliato volta volta, tenendo conto delle mie esigenze e delle mie "voglie". Posso dire davvero che per me è stato "dimagrire senza grandi rinunce"
I contacted Dr. Elizabeth Bafile after seeing his "succulent" recipe; I said to myself: "She's the one for me !!!" And so it was !!! I met Dr. Elisabetta about a year ago. After my third pregnancy I needed help to lose weight. Well, I lost 30 kg, and I'm still breastfeeding. I'm so happy!! Professional person, always available, friendly and close to the needs of the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Dottoressa Elisabetta Bafile é veramente brava la consiglio vivamente. Nel mio caso mi ha aiutato a tornare in forma dopo una gravidanza e durante l'allattamento per poter dare i giusti nutrimenti al mio piccolino.
Oltre ha farmi perdere peso senza troppi sacrifici ho imparato nuovamente a mangiare non facendo più a meno di frutta e verdura.
Ti ascolta e ti crea una dieta giusta in base ai tuoi gusti e alle tue esigenze. Veramente brava c'è ne sono poche come lei!
Dr. Elisabetta Bafile is really good I highly recommend her. In my case it helped me get back in shape after a pregnancy and while breastfeeding to give my little one the right nutrition.
Besides it made me lose weight without too many sacrifices I learned again to eat not doing less for fruits and vegetables.
It listens to you and creates a right diet based on your tastes and your needs. Really good there are few like her!
