★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marzamemi is a touristic beautiful old tuna fishing village which gets really crowded in the summer weekends. It was Sunday evening and Il Borgo was one of the few restaurants with free tables and scored a fair 4.4. All adults ordered tuna specialties, for the kids it was more difficult to order something not too fishy. What a waste of tasteful tuna - the meals were truly disappointing. Medium tuna steak should be red inside and not a well done block of fish stick... Wine recommendation was good but only came in after remembering twice and after the dishes were served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved loved loved. We were here in January (off season) so it was very quiet for lunch. But the sun was shining and the service was equally as stellar. The food was so fresh, probably the best fish so far in Sicily.
You MUST have the fresh cannelloni. Must. Must. Must go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely delicious! What a great treat in such a lovely town. Excellent service, great location, accommodating & friendly staff. Very busy super, so busy they run out of specials by 9pm. Highly recommend it. Great food and presentation. Great options for wines & the staff & owner willing to accommodate everyone walking in the door. You will never be turned down nor disappointed. What charming town & beautiful friendly ppl.
