★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provato solo il ristorante per cui il mio giudizio non è relativa anche all’albergo e alle camere. Il personale è molto premuroso e veloce, pronto nelle ordinazioni e nel servizio. Gli antipasti sono ottimi, avendo preso il misto ne ho provato parecchi ed erano tutti ottimi. Il secondo era un polpo arrostito che sarebbe stato molto buono se fatto al momento, purtroppo lo avevano preparato qualche minuto prima ed è arrivato al tavolo freddo. Il sorbetto al mandarino non aveva purtroppo alcun sapore di mandarino ed infine il caffè è arrivato freddo come da frigo. Insomma partiti eccellenti e finito mediocre
Modifica dopo commento gestore: ho aggiunto una stella per la velocità e la serietà nella risposta; non è sempre facile prenotare nel primo turno per la cena ma se riesco ripasserò volentieri. Non ho richiesto di ripreparare la portata perché odio sprecare il cibo, apprezzo comunque la vostra disponibilità a rifarlo.
 Only the restaurant was tried so my opinion is not related to the hotel and the rooms. The staff is very thoughtful and quick, ready to order and service. The appetizers are excellent, having taken the mixed I tried several and they were all excellent. The second was a roasted octopus that would be very good if done at the time, unfortunately I had prepared a few minutes before and came to the table cold. Unfortunately, the mandarin sorbet had no taste of mandarin and finally the coffee arrived cold as if from the fridge. In short, excellent parties and finished mediocre
Edit after comment manager: I added a star for speed and seriousness in the answer; it is not always easy to book in the first round for dinner but if I can I will come back again. I did not request to redo the course because I hate wasting food, but I appreciate your willingness to do it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The antipasto was tasty but non as plenty as I was hoping. I also ordered the risotto which, as you can see from the picture, wasn't a risotto but just rise with see food. Nevertheless it was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Restaurant is one of Portopalo's hidden gems. Being a family business, they are very proud of the seafood and it's always fresh.
I would highly recommend the marinara (cooked with exquisite seafood bisque) as well as the grilled octopus (coming with an inch of locally sourced fresh cheese)
