I 2 rustici erano stantii, evidentemente risalenti al mattino (e spero non prima). Nelle cremolate si sentivano i pezzi di ghiaccio, mentre i dolci erano pressoché insapori. In pratica tutto era, nei rispettivi campi quanto di peggio mangiato quí in Sicilia. Poi magari in zona sarà uno dei migliori, ma basta spostarsi su Noto per mangiare di meglio. Mi dispiace essere così duro, anche perché il personale è davvero a modo, ma sulla qualità del cibo non transigo. ABBASSO LA RECENSIONE AD UNA STELLA, perché a seguito della risposta quí ricevuta, evidentemente anche la gentilezza non è di casa. Invece di cercare lo scontro, bastava provare a dare una risposta alle varie problematiche riscontrate. Tra l'altro, se i piatti possono esser tornati vuoti per la fame che ci assaliva, avrà di certo notato che la granita alla ricotta (davvero immangiabile) le e' stata lasciata per intero. Impasto secchissimo, ripieno di tonno e patate puzzolente, al primo boccone insospettito dal sapore ho annusato e ho lasciato perdere... Soldi buttati, da evitare assolutamente! Rude staff and inedible crescent. Very dry dough, stuffed with tuna and smelly potatoes, at the first bite suspicious of the taste I smelled and I gave up ...
