★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed to stop for dinner with the kids on our way back and found this great restaurant near the highway, hidden away behind the hotel. The ostrich steak and the pasta with boar sauce were both excellent. Service was good. Prices were good given the overall quality. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent food & reasonably priced. We went there as a large group and were lucky to be seated within 10 minutes (it appears to be a very busy place). All our meals were delicious and all the food was fresh. The staff was friendly and efficient considering how busy the restaurant was (even though they were busy, we never felt like we were waiting for service). I also like the idea of an open kitchen and members of the kitchen staff would sit and talk to the patrons occasionally. Great experience and I would recommend it to anyone in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A disappointment. We went to this restaurant because of its high rating, but they couldn't meet our expectations. List below tells you why:
Cons:
- Meat was undercooked, just red. The menu listed an Angus burger and we expected a tower burger with some salad, you know.
- The bread served as an aperitif was tasteless and our first serving of it contained a hair and there was taken a bite out of a piece. They fixed it with a new basket, but still tasteless and no olive oil was served with it, to put some taste on it.
- The burger was served with red cabbage, but it was wet and burned.
- English was Italian bad.
- The water tasted really off and bad.
Pros:
- It's a cosy place to eat and you're not alone. I think because of the hotel next to the restaurant.

This place has been in business for many years, generations, but, unlike most restaurants, here the food has gotten BETTER over the years, not worse. The menu is extensive, but it's all good! If you are feeling adventurous for local delicacies, try some fried porcini mushrooms, fried artichokes, or liver pate on crostini bread
