Bella location peccato per la scarsa professionalità nel gestire il servizio ai tavoli. Abbiamo prenotato per 15 e sin dall'inizio abbiamo dovuto chiedere tutto, hanno portato solo 3 menù e dopo un'ora l'acqua. Non so che dire, sicuramente so cosa fare NON TORNARE! A star because I can't give less! Starting from the non-existent service to end up with the waiter who loses his patience! Beautiful location shame about the lack of professionalism in managing the table service. We booked for 15 and from the beginning we had to ask for everything, they only brought 3 menus and after an hour the water. I don't know what to say, I certainly know what to do DON'T COME BACK!

L'aspetto più negativo della serata è stato il servizio, quasi del tutto assente (il personale di sala deve essere adeguato al locale che hai) e per certi aspetti anche poco cortese. Tempi di attesa biblici (seduti da un'ora e un quarto non arrivano nemmeno le bevande...inaudito); poca scelta di pizze...conto al di sopra del trattamento ricevuto. Personalmente non credo di ritornarvi più...peccato perché la location è sempre incantevole! I don't usually like doing reviews, especially if they are of a poor standard, but this time I do it hoping that it can be an inspiration to the property to improve. The most negative aspect of the evening was the service, almost completely absent (the dining room staff must be appropriate to the place you have) and in some respects also not very courteous. Biblical waiting times (sitting for an hour and a quarter do not even get drinks ... unheard of); little choice of pizzas ... account above the treatment received. Personally, I don't think I'll go back there again ... it's a pity because the location is always lovely!
