Promosso a pieni voti. Courteous and helpful service even if not impeccable, large and pleasant rooms. The dishes are well presented and tasty, the portions and the bill right. Passed with full marks.

Un locale dove trascorrere del tempo in serenità e con bella gente. Per me vale tutte le cinque stelle. Sicuramente tornerò Welcome availability kindness courtesy education cleanliness stupendous positivity. Food okay, well done. A place where you can spend time in peace and with beautiful people. Camerieri allo sbaraglio, la signora che prende gli ordini (presumo la titolare) di una incompetenza unica, confusionaria nel prendere gli ordini, ancora nel 2021 mi prende le ordinazioni con carta e penna facendo ancora più confusione. La cosa che più mi ha fatto imbestialire che dopo 2 ore di attesa arrivano le pizze con gli impasti sbagliati, chi la voleva con base integrale gli è arrivata con base normale e viceversa, ma ancor di più l'unica pizza che non arriva la mia, quindi sollecito ma non arriva ancora dopo circa 20 minuti, verso le 22:45 arriva dopo che tutti al tavolo avevano finito di mangiare, ma arriva BRUCIATA cosa eche gli avevo specificato all'inizio di non fare ma non hanno tenuto conto della mia richiesta. Alla fine ho riportato quella porcheria direttamente alla signora manifestando il mio disappunto, ma nonostante l'evidenza continuava ad arrampicarsi sugli specchi. Morale della favola non ho mangiato, ho pagato ciò che era stato consumato con gli amici e mi sono andato a mangiare un panino. Aggiungo pure che ci ha appioppato due coperti in più, ed un calzone in più. Evitate di andare in questi posti dove la professionalità non sanno minimamente cosa sia. Waiters in disarray, the lady who takes orders (I assume the owner) of a unique incompetence, confusing in taking orders, still in 2021 takes my orders with paper and pen making even more confusion. The thing that maddened me the most is that after 2 hours of waiting the pizzas arrive with the wrong dough, whoever wanted it with a wholemeal base arrived with a normal base and vice versa, but even more the only pizza that does not arrive mine , so prompt but does not arrive yet after about 20 minutes, around 10.45 pm arrives after everyone at the table had finished eating, but arrives BURNT what and what I had specified at the beginning not to do but they did not take into account my request . In the end I reported that filth directly to the lady expressing my disappointment, but despite the evidence she continued to climb on the mirrors. Moral of the story I didn't eat, I paid for what was eaten with friends and I went for a sandwich. I also add that he saddled us with two more place settings, and an extra calzone. Avoid going to these places where professionalism does not even know what it is.

Nel senso che non hanno quello che c'è scritto sul menù. La pizzeria passabile. The location is nice, I would give top marks to the staff; all polite and professional. Nice menu but it doesn't correspond to reality. In the sense that they don't have what it says on the menu. The passable pizzeria.

(Cosa ormai rara) Simpatici e cordiali Lo consiglio al 100% One of the best pizzas ever eaten in Ragusa! And what I appreciate even more is punctuality! Always on time, never late, sometimes even early! (Now rare) Nice and friendly I recommend it 100%
