★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finalmente ho trovato la Palestra per me, dato che non sono mai riuscita ad inserirmi bene in una palestra non essendo una grande sportiva ,personale gentilissimo e simpaticissimo mi sento a mio agio e mi diverto, grazie mille ?
Finally I found the gym for me, since I have never managed to fit well in a gym not being a great sportswoman, very kind and very nice staff I feel at ease and have fun, thank you very much ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra innovativa, solo al femminile, con dei macchinari a resistenza idraulica. Non la classifica sala attrezzi. Si può allenare tutto il corpo in circa tre quarti d'ora, compreso lo stretching. Il personale sempre sorridente, disponibile e cortese. Le docce sono comode e abbastanza pulite. Hanno ancora poche attività fitness aggiunte alla sala attrezzi. Forse un po' cara rispetto ad altre palestre con dei pacchetti sicuramente più vantaggiosi.
Innovative gym, only for women, with hydraulic resistance machines. Not the tool room ranking. You can train the whole body in about three quarters of an hour, including stretching. The staff are always smiling, helpful and courteous. The showers are comfortable and clean enough. They still have a few fitness activities added to the exercise room. Maybe a little expensive compared to other gyms with certainly more advantageous packages.
