★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi ci siamo per caso fermate a pranzo e scopriamo che c'è degustazione funghi...una carrellata di piatti cucinati in modo superbo. Merita 3 stelle come minimo. Consigliatissimo. Applausi al sig. Franco e a tutti loro.
Today we stopped for lunch by chance and we discover that there is mushroom tasting ... a roundup of superbly cooked dishes. It deserves 3 stars as a minimum. Highly recommended. Applause to Mr. Franco and all of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri sera abbiamo provato varie specialità al fungo di carrubbo. A "La Rosada" come sempre vai sul sicuro: professionalità, accoglienza e qualità non mancano mai.
Lo chef ci fece provare il tortello ai funghi su funghi con fonduta ragusana che a mio parere è stato eccellente. Oltretutto ottimo e delicato il dolce "Incontrai un albero di mandorla". Posto super raccomandabile. ECCELLENTE! Complimenti e grazie per l'esperienza.
Last night we tried various carob mushroom specialties. At "La Rosada" you are always on the safe side: professionalism, hospitality and quality are never lacking.
The chef made us try the tortello with mushrooms on mushrooms with Ragusan fondue which in my opinion was excellent. Furthermore, the sweet "I met an almond tree" is excellent and delicate. Super recommendable place. EXCELLENT! Congratulations and thanks for the experience.
