Ho contattato telefonicamente la segretaria che mi ha riferito l'impossibilità di effettuare la visita in quanto la dottoressa era stata chiamata d'urgenza in ospedale. Tralasciando che ho impiegato un'ora per raggiungere lo studio e che necessitavo fortemente di una visita medica a causa delle mie condizioni di salute, reputo poco professionale non essere stata minimamente contattata ed avvertita. Inoltre penso sia poco corretto fissare visite private in momenti in cui si è reperibili in strutture pubbliche.
Unprofessional. The doctor did not show up for the appointment and the doctor's office was closed. I contacted the secretary by phone and she told me that it was impossible to carry out the visit because the doctor had been urgently called to the hospital. Apart from the fact that it took me an hour to reach the office and that I strongly needed a medical examination due to my health conditions, I consider it unprofessional not to have been contacted and warned in the least. Furthermore, I think it is unfair to schedule private visits at times when one is available in public facilities.
