Ho preso appuntamento telefonicamente per le ore 16:00 , mi presento allo studio in anticipo e cosa trovo??? Tre pazienti sedute che aspettano da piu di un ora e mezza ....mi consulto con loro e mi dicono che qui e normale aspettare sempre ,non le rispettano mai le prenotazioni.
Bhe posso capire qualche urgenza ma onestamente perdere un pomeriggio dopo aver chiesto un permesso dal posto di lavoro e sentirmi dire che la visita me la spostano alla settimana successiva mi fa venire seri dubbi sulla loro organizzazione .
E vorrei fare anche un piccolo appunto alla segreteria ....non ci si comporta così dato che siamo in uno studio privato e non e una cosa normale aspettare due ore .Purtroppo non posso giudicare la professionalità del dottor Cavallo perché non mi ha nemmeno visitata ma sicuramente non prenotero' piu nessuna visita.
Total disorganization.
I made an appointment by phone at 4:00 pm, I introduce myself to the studio in advance and what do I find ??? Three patient sessions that have been waiting for more than an hour and a half .... I consult with them and they tell me that it is normal to always wait here, they never respect bookings.
Well I can understand some urgency but honestly lose one afternoon after asking for a permit from the workplace and being told that the visit moves me to the next week makes me seriously doubt about their organization.
And I would also like to make a small note on the secretariat .... we don't behave like that since we are in a private studio and it is not a normal thing to wait two hours. Unfortunately I cannot judge Dr. Cavallo's professionalism because he has not even visited me but surely I will no longer book any visits.

Si può prenotare tramite la segretaria, che risponde al telefono h. 24 con gentilezza e cortesia, e cerca di assecondare le esigenze di ognuno.
Excellent professional. Always available and kind. In the studio there are also excellent quality equipment and ultrasound visits are always thorough and meticulous.
