Non ho per niente apprezzato le 2 ore di attesa trascorse prima di cenare, nonostante fossimo arrivati in orario da "secondo turno" e fosse sabato sera. Sarebbe stato più corretto avvisare subito il cliente circa i tempi d'attesa senza dover "darlo per scontato data la confusione trovata nel locale" come ci è stato riferito per giustificare il disagio.
Decent pizza, but bad service.
I did not appreciate the 2 hours of waiting before dinner, even though we had arrived on time from "second shift" and it was Saturday night. It would have been more correct to immediately notify the customer about waiting times without having to "take it for granted given the confusion found in the room" as we were told to justify the inconvenience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotazione per le 20.30 di sabato gg 6 abbiamo aspettato più di un'ora per una porzione di patatine e dopo altri tre quarti d'ora sono arrivate le pizze. Troppo disorganizzati, non si può dare priorità all'apporto lasciando le persone sedute ad aspettare, il malcontento era generale addirittura una coppia dopo quasi due ore di attesa è andata via senza attendere le pizze. Peccato questa disorganizzazione, perché le pizze sono buone.
Booking for 8.30pm on Saturday 6th day we waited over an hour for a portion of chips and after another three quarters of an hour the pizzas arrived. Too disorganized, you cannot give priority to the contribution leaving people sitting to wait, the discontent was general even a couple after almost two hours of waiting went away without waiting for the pizzas. Too bad this disorganization, because the pizzas are good.

We took takeaway, in 30 minutes everything was ready, large portions even if they could be seasoned better ... on average, however, you can eat well
