Nessuna assistenza , sto aspettando mesi dopo aver sollecitato i problemi!

Vi fanno un preventivo (fatto da Giuseppe) molto basso rispetto agli altri e al momento della consegna si scopre che manca gran parte del materiale sebbene lo abbiano calcolato sulla piantina. Poi quando si va a farglielo notare ti prendono per i fondelli dando la colpa all'errata planimetria. Robe da matti!! Zero professionalità e niente rispetto per il cliente! Lo sconsiglio fortemente!

Dalle piastrelle dei bagni al pavimento in legno di tutta la casa, scala, porte, box doccia e piastrelle per esterni. Tutto riuscitissimo e bellissimo, peccato non possa mettere le foto! Prezzi e materiali davvero buoni. Francesco molto competente. Dimenticavo ! Ho pagato il materiale utilizzato, alla fine mi hanno stornato l'eccedenza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo forniti da loro per una casa di nuova costruzione. Vasta scelta in negozio per quanto riguarda bagni, rivestimenti, rubinetterie, porte interne.
Nonostante la mole di materiale ordinato e gli innumerevoli lavori eseguiti e' filato tutto liscio e siamo davvero soddisfatti del risultato finale.
Francesco persona gentile e disponibile, cosi' come tutti i ragazzi che han lavorato in casa.

Appena entrati, Francesco ci ha accolto con molta gentilezza e accompagnato e supportato in qualsiasi scelta. Ci ha mostrato tutti i materiali e le varie soluzioni al pc. Prezzi super competitivi, dopo aver verificato altri 10 negozi....non teme il confronto con nessuno, materiale di prima scelta e anche le imprese che sono intervenute in cantiere hanno operato con professionalità. Sono tutti molto preparati e cortesi, professionali e precisi. Veramente delle persone bravissime che puntano alla soddisfazione del cliente e non hai soldi....scrivo ciò perché avevano completato il lavoro senza che mi avessero ancora chiesto nemmeno il 50% dei soldi.Unici...e ancora un plauso a Francesco per la sua simpatia, cortesia, professionalità, precisione e accuratezza nel guidarci e supportarci in qualsiasi scelta.
