The shop lady was very helpful, giving me advice on what I wanted to do. The shop is well stocked, and they do all kinds of work, from embroidery to knitting, and more.

Ho portato una cravatta di seta per un ricamo, rovinata perchè la signora in questione non è riuscita a leggere quello che aveva scritto e ha sbagliato completamente la scritta.
Quando gliel'ho fatto notare, non ho ricevuto nemmeno delle scuse. Una vergogna.
Absolutely rough work.
I brought a silk tie for an embroidery, which was ruined because the lady in question was unable to read what she had written and had the writing completely wrong.
When I pointed this out, I didn't even get an apology. A shame.
