Il supporto è assolutamente inesistente se non nella risposta sgarbata che certificava il fatto che non danno alcuna indicazione tecnica sui loro prodotti o consigli al prodotto più idoneo. Ma allora a cosa serve avere un sito internet di vendita se non è possibile sapere se un articolo è idoneo all'utilizzo che se ne deve fare? Immagino quindi se è inesistente nella vendita lo sarà ancora di più nel post vendita? Assolutamente da sconsigliare 0 stelle
 Extremely bad experience with customer support. The support is absolutely non-existent except in the rude answer that certifies the fact that they do not give any technical indication on their products or advice on the most suitable product. But then what is the use of having a sales website if it is not possible to know if an article is suitable for the use that must be made of it? So I guess if it is non-existent in the sale will it be even more so in the after-sales? Absolutely not recommended 0 stars
