La posa in opera è stata effettuata con leggerezza e poca professionalità, fatto il vero che ho avuto problemi di chiusura di un portoncino per diverso tempo, tutt'ora persiste un'anomalia in chiusura (spero non ci sia ulteriore aggravio). Detto questo, comunque devo fare i complimenti al venditore sig. Erminio, il quale mi ha consigliato nell'acquisto e seguito durante il post vendita prodigandosi non poco per la risoluzione dei problemi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo il servizio post vendita di questo rivenditore non esiste, le finestre sono un buon prodotto ma ti chiedono di saldare tutto se no non fanno l'installazione e poi se hai problemi spariscono. La nostra ultima chiamata con il commerciale si è conclusa con "ti richiamo".... Due mesi fa!!! Scommetto che se avessero dovuto incassare il saldo una soluzione l'avrebbero trovata. Mi sento presa in giro, tante belle parole quando devi acquistare e basta.
Unfortunately the after sales service of this dealer does not exist, the windows are a good product but they ask you to weld everything otherwise they do not do the installation and then if you have problems they disappear. Our last call with the salesman ended with "I'll call you back" .... Two months ago !!! I bet if they had to collect the balance they would have found a solution. I feel teased, so many nice words when you just have to buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proprio in questa settimana sono venuti per installare i nostri nuovi infissi completi di tapparelle e cassonetti. Emanuele e Francesco grandi professionisti instancabili attenti e precisi! Vittorio ottimo venditore onesto e preparato. Le misure le abbiamo prese noi ma solo per il preventivo poi è venuto Massimiliano a prendere misure definitive. Ci possiamo dire molto soddisfatti. Grazie al vostro team di lavoro adesso abbiamo una casa più bella e confortevole! Anche in questo momento difficile rispettando le norme Covid ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato in questa ditta per farmi fare un preventivo per dei serramenti, il posto mi ha stupito, l'interno tutto in ordine, il personale molto preparato e gentile illustrando come erano fatti i serramenti ,mi sono trovato proprio bene.
I was in this company to get a quote for the windows, the place amazed me, the interior all in order, the staff very prepared and kind, illustrating how the windows were made, I was really happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ chiedono di saldare tutto prima di effettuare i lavori. Non mi è stato mai proposto lo sconto del 50 % in fattura e dopo averlo fatto presente al venditore mi ha risposto che si scusava, che si era dimenticato e che tanto non sarebbe covenuto... che professionalità !
they ask to pay everything before carrying out the work. I was never offered the 50% discount on the invoice and after having mentioned it to the seller, he replied that he was sorry, that he had forgotten and that it would not have been so much ... what professionalism!

Ora che ho un problema con una tapparella e una finestra montate da loro,ecco che come d'incanto sono spariti! Servizio post vendita PESSIMO! Pessimi davvero! Scegliete altri posti,loro non sono in grado di offrire un servizio degno!
As long as it came to getting the money, they were the kindest and most helpful characters in this world. Now that I have a problem with a roller shutter and a window mounted by them, as if by magic they disappeared! BAD after sales service! Really bad! Choose other places, they are not able to offer a worthy service!
