Il personale (e parlo dei giorni poco prima di Natale) cortese e disponibile, anche a dare un consiglio per fare un regalo quando non si capisce nulla della materia.... Ok. Beautiful, furnished, with absolutely competitive prices. Oltre alle tante offerte, si ha modo di avere a che fare con personale molto gentile, professionale e affabile... Un abbraccio in particolare a Rosa, sempre molto attenta e gentilissima. Among the various "Idea Bellezza" perfumeries, this one in via chiaia remains my favorite and also for an affective qstione since here in the area this has lived for quite a few years. Appena entri trovi personale cordiale e gentile che ti consiglia cosa abbinare o scegliere per viso corpo etc...... Consiglio vivamente per prezzi e qualità Perfumery, makeup, nail polishes, shampoos, creams and so on and so forth. Ero con il mio ragazzo che doveva acquistare un prodotto da barba, ci rechiamo alla cassa per pagare il prodotto scelto ed una delle due commesse si avvicina con dei modi alquanto presuntuosi incolpando il mio ragazzo di aver rotto uno dei prodotti esposti e di averlo messo di nuovo a posto. Partendo dal presupposto che ci sono MODI e modi per dire le cose, ma trarre conclusioni affrettate e soprattutto incolpando la gente così a caso rivolgendosi in quel modo mi sembra proprio una totale maleducazione Vs il cliente. Non abbiamo dato alcuna risposta al momento, rivolgendoci con gli stessi modi, ma anzi il mio ragazzo con tono molto calmo a differenza della commessa, ha provato a dirle che non era stato lui a romperlo ma già l aveva trovato in quello stato. Capisco che la storia del "non sono stato io" è difficile da credere, ma posso garantire che se l avessimo rotto noi non avremmo avuto alcun problema a pagare eventuali danni, ma ci siamo sentiti davvero mortificati per l ingiusta figura che ci ha fatto quella commessa. I was with my boyfriend who had to buy a shaving product, we go to the cashier to pay for the chosen product and one of the two orders approaches with somewhat presumptuous ways, blaming my boyfriend for having broken one of the products on display and for putting it in new in place. Assuming that there are WAYS and ways to say things, but drawing hasty conclusions and above all blaming people so randomly by addressing them like that seems to me a total rudeness Vs the customer. We did not give any answer at the moment, addressing us in the same way, but on the contrary my boyfriend with a very calm tone unlike the saleswoman, tried to tell her that it was not he who broke it but he had already found it in that state. I understand that the "it wasn't me" story is hard to believe, but I can guarantee that if we broke it we would have no problem paying any damages, but we felt really mortified by the unfair figure that made us. clerk.
