Ho prenotato una settimana prima un taglio per le 19, e una volta arrivato (in perfetto orario), ho aspettato per ben 3 ore e mezza per poi andarmene siccome vedevo gente arrivare dopo di me e passare avanti. Non me ne sono andato dopo 1 ora (cosa che meritavate) solo per la fiducia nelle vostre capacità e rispetto che avevo nei vostri confronti, ma quest'ultimo dev'essere reciproco... very bad experience. Evidentemente non sono interessati ad avere nuovi clienti, gli bastano quelli che già hanno, si evince dal trattamento che ti riservano. Desistete dal provare questa esperienza da loro, non sono il primo, che lo dice, e non sarò l’ultimo, purtroppo. Provate ad andare da chi lavora con serietà, professionalità e umiltà, non da chi vi tratta come spazzatura, ma se proprio volete provare, nelle ore e ore che trascorrerete ad aspettare il vostro turno, ammirerete una quantità indefinita di “clienti affezionati” che vi scavalcheranno indisturbati.
