Dopo aver fatto la consulenza con Samuele, sono stata affidata a Simone. È stato bravissimo, gentile e professionale e ha capito da subito il colore che volevo. Dopo Simone è stato aiutato da Roberto, collaboratore simpatico e in gamba. Il servizio è impeccabile, niente da aggiungere. Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta e ritornerò sicuramente. Today I went to the Balato vomero salon for the first time. I chose this location because I already knew Alessandro. The lounge is elegant and welcoming. After having consulted with Samuele, I was entrusted to Simone. He was very good, kind and professional and immediately understood the color I wanted. After Simone was helped by Roberto, a nice and smart collaborator. The service is impeccable, nothing to add. I was very satisfied and will definitely return.

Servizio impeccabile, tutti i ragazzi dello staff si sono mostrati sin da subito cordiali e disponibili; un grazie speciale va a Simone e Genny per avermi seguita con simpatia e cordialità e per aver capito esattamente di cosa avessi bisogno. Ho sempre avuto “paura” dei parrucchieri, ma il team Balato mi ha conquistato dal primo momento! Hanno rispettato la lunghezza dei miei capelli lunghi, senza tagliare più del necessario (cosa più unica che rara) ed hanno portato i miei capelli al loro colore naturale, donando loro un po’ di luminosità nel miglior modo possibile. Sono stati gentili, accoglienti e professionali dal primo momento. Non cambierò più, tornerò sempre da loro. 5 stelle meritate! I went to the salon for the first time for a luxury pack treatment, under the advice of a friend. I've always been "afraid" of hairdressers, but the Balato team won me over from the first moment! They respected the length of my long hair, without cutting more than necessary (which is more unique than rare) and they brought my hair to their natural color, giving them some brightness in the best possible way. They were kind, welcoming and professional from the first moment. I will not change anymore, I will always come back to them. 5 stars you deserve!

Ci ritornerò per la gentilezza e la bravura di tutti i dipendenti, a partire da Rita che accoglie con il sorriso. Consiglio il taglio (in particolare di Gennaro) e il colore. Io ho fatto la seconda schiaritura oggi e grazie all’aiuto di Samuel, Antonio e Roberto sono molto soddisfatta del risultato. Un ringraziamento speciale va ad Alessia che ha curato con dolcezza i miei capelli per il risultato finale. Infine, sono passata anche da Maria nel reparto estetica che mi ha coccolata con una bellissima semipermanente. This is the second time that I have spent a long but pleasant afternoon in this salon. I will return there for the kindness and skill of all the employees, starting with Rita who welcomes with a smile. I recommend the cut (especially by Gennaro) and the color. I did the second lightening today and thanks to the help of Samuel, Antonio and Roberto I am very satisfied with the result. A special thanks goes to Alessia who gently cured my hair for the final result. Finally, I also went to Maria in the beauty department who pampered me with a beautiful semi-permanent.
