Dopo aver salvato i miei capelli da un vero disastro provocato da un altro parrucchiere (a due mesi dal mio matrimonio), mi sono affidata a Olly anche per l'acconciatura per il mio matrimonio ed e' stata bravissima!! I discovered Nouvelle Ideas recently, thanks to the advice of a friend. They are real professionals, both technically and creatively. After saving my hair from a real disaster caused by another hairdresser (two months after my wedding), I also trusted Olly for the hairstyle for my wedding and she was very good !!

Sono andata da questi parrucchieri attratta dalle recensioni positive, ma sono rimasta davvero delusa: al di là del costo superiore agli altri parrucchieri della zona (18 euro per una piega di media lunghezza e con i prodotti portati da me!), la cosa più grave è stata la cattiva esecuzione del lavoro. La persona che mi ha asciugato i capelli mi ha proposto una piega del tutto inadatta rispetto al taglio e al tipo di capello e quando si è reso conto della cosa ha cercato maldestramente di rimediare...peggiorando le cose. Morale della favola: dovendo recarmi oggi a teatro, dovrò andare da un altro a distanza di nemmeno due giorni! Altra cosa davvero poco professionale: ha criticato tutto lavoro fatto dai colleghi, sostenendo che il taglio fattomi circa 20 giorni prima presso un altro parrucchiere era tutto "storto" e che un trattamento alla cheratina, fatto due anni prima, mi aveva rovinato i capelli! Penoso. Secondo lui avrei dovuto fare tanti tanti tanti trattamenti per sistemarli...ovviamente da loro ? Dulcis in fundo: manco lo scontrino mi hanno fatto. Pessimi, li sconsiglio vivamente. Un lavoro minuzioso ed impeccabile: hanno esattamente realizzato ciò che mi ero prefissta, un colore innovativo , esclusivo, che non abbia tuttavia leso la qualità del capello! C ' è tuttavia un sapore di " antico" : il rapporto con la cliente! Vieni accolta ed ascoltata sin dalla consulenza effettuata con dovizia di particolari! Gentilezza , attenziine e simpatia rendono piacevole il tempo che scorre.... Grazie a tutti lo staff , ognuno nel suo ruolo! Perfect experience! Mi recavo qui da un anno per effettuare colore ed extension e fino a qui tutto ok. Mi sono fatta tagliare i capelli e non avete idea di quello che mi e stato fatto in testa. Mi sono fatta tagliare la parte davanti esattamente quella dei due cuffi laterali per avere una frangia/ciuffo. Ho spiegato e mostrato la foto di come desideravo il taglio. Morale: ad oggi mi ritrovo con dei capelli più lunghi a sinistra e troppo corto a destra con scalature e buchi irreparabili nella frangia. Ho pagato 196 € per colore taglio e rigenerazione extension( toglierle e rimettere le stesse che avevo in testa). Mi hanno veramente rovinato il lavoro che avevo fatto da anni per avere dei capelli sani e un bel taglio. La poca professionalità e la velocità nel tagliare i capelli senza dedicare l adeguata attenzione ad oggi hanno creato per me che ( utilizzo il mio visto e capelli come immagine per lavoro) un danno irreparabile che potrà sistemarsi solo con pazienza, tempo e con la consapevolezza che queste persone non mi vedranno mai più e auguro a chiunque si farà tagliare i capelli in quel posto di NON farlo se non vogliono avere spiacevoli sorprese come nel mio caso. What has been done to me in this shop goes beyond all limits of baseness as far as professionalism is concerned. I had been going here for a year to do color and extensions and so far everything is ok. I got my hair cut and you have no idea what was done on my head. I had the front part cut exactly that of the two side caps to have a fringe / tuft. I explained and showed the photo of how I wanted the cut. Moral: today I find myself with longer hair on the left and too short on the right with irreparable scaling and holes in the fringe. I paid 196 € for color cutting and extension regeneration (remove them and put the same ones back on my head). They really ruined the job I had been doing for years to get healthy hair and a nice cut. The lack of professionalism and the speed in cutting hair without paying adequate attention to date have created for me that (I use my visa and hair as an image for work) an irreparable damage that can only be fixed with patience, time and with the awareness that these people will never see me again and I wish anyone who gets their hair cut in that place NOT to do it if they don't want to have unpleasant surprises like in my case.

This place was SO friendly and very welcoming. The lady (I didn't catch her name) spoke very little English but enough that I felt welcomed. Salvatore was WONDERFUL! His colleague showed me photos of how I want my hair styled (he was SO friendly as well) and I received exactly what I wanted. The manager was also very nice. He explained the charges - and no "hidden" charges. In a world of uncertainty, it is refreshing to see such kind and honest people. GOD bless you all for our honesty and most of all, your kindness.
