S	Salvio Esposito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un salone molto schic in una zona schic, mia moglie è cliente abituale, il personale è cordiale e professionale molto bravi , il proprietario Enzo è un artista del capello usa tecniche sempre nuove in continuo aggiornamento, il personale è quasi tutto femminile tranne Enzo e Alessio un giovane collaboratore molto bravo oltre ad essere un bellissimo ragazzo , consigliatissimo promosso a pieni voti. It is a very schic salon in a schic area, my wife is a regular customer, the staff is friendly and very good professionals, the owner Enzo is a hair artist uses always new techniques that are constantly updated, the staff is almost all female except Enzo and Alessio a very good young collaborator as well as being a beautiful guy, highly recommended promoted with flying colors.
R	Roberta Russo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, mai capitato prima!! 1. Dicono di fare il trattamento "degradè" ma non è così, sono semplici mesches. Ma se non offrite questo servizio perchè prendere in giro le clienti che si affidano ad un parrucchiere ? Questo dimostra poca professionalità e serietà e dice tutto! 2. Come se non bastasse: ho chiesto un risultato naturale con tonalità di biondo freddo ed invece sono state utilizzate tonalità calde che andavano in un colore indefinito verso l'arancione, con ciocche nette ed evidenti. Insomma tutto il contrario di quello che avevo chiesto. 3. Sono ritornata il giorno dopo per chiedere di rimediare ma il titolare mi ha risposto che "non si poteva fare più niente", ma quale persona tratta così una cliente nuova, non cercando in alcun modo di accaparrarsela o di rimediare allo sbaglio e all'inganno perpetrato perchè degradè non è? Comportamento fuori dal mondo, che faccia tosta! In conclusione: in questo negozio mentono sulle competenze, non si ascoltano le esigenze del cliente, non si dialoga e non si mira a fare uscire la persona contenta. Mi è stato fatto un danno all'immagine. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO. Bad experience, never happened before !! 1. They say they do the "degradè" treatment but it is not like that, they are simple pests. But if you don't offer this service, why make fun of customers who rely on a hairdresser? This shows little professionalism and seriousness and says it all! 2. As if that were not enough: I asked for a natural result with shades of cold blond and instead warm shades were used that ranged in an indefinite color towards orange, with clear and evident locks. In short, quite the opposite of what I asked for. 3. I returned the next day to ask for a remedy but the owner replied that "nothing could be done", but which person treats a new customer like this, not trying in any way to grab it or to remedy the mistake and deception perpetrated because degradè is not? Out of this world behavior, cheeky! In conclusion: in this shop they lie about skills, they don't listen to the customer's needs, they don't talk and they don't aim to let the happy person out. My image was damaged. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Il personale è cortese ed attento alle esigenze del cliente, sono presenti anche servizi di estetica ed i prodotti utilizzati sono veramente ottimi,lasciano i capelli morbidi. Il tutto si svolge nel rispetto delle norme di sicurezza Anticovid. I often go to this salon to take advantage of their treatments, lately I have done cutting and styling and I was very satisfied. The staff is courteous and attentive to customer needs, there are also beauty services and the products used are really excellent, they leave the hair soft. All this takes place in compliance with Anticovid safety regulations.

Already the greeting in the salon from chef Vincenzo was very warm and mediated me immediately a relaxed feeling. Vincenzo directs his team with a calm, which is a good energy and professionalism emits. That he is a true artist of his creative work let me continually be amazed. He minds my wishes of color, balayage and haircut. Never before I could see such a co-ordination, i agreed in everything. A ritual in which I told my current current mood to belonging scent of essential oils refreshed my mind. Rostana, one of his very nice assistants, translated into English and at least she blow up and styled my hair perfectly , exactly the way I presented . All in all, this was my best experience in Hair Salons and I wish very much that many Visitors find this place to get similar experience. The Avedacolours and products are super. Thank you again to Vincenzo and his Vivea team from Sri Lanka and Bali. Maria
