G	Giusy Brugnone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento da tempo i saloni di bellezza Jean Claude Paris perché sono sinonimo di professionalità e serietà......ma in quello di Via Cimarosa al Vomero mi sento come se stessi a casa mia.....la dolcezza,l' educazione ma soprattutto la professionalità della mia cara Tilde mi fanno sentire davvero bene. Ciò che traspare è il rispetto che ogni membro dello staff ha per il cliente......ma ciò è avvertito anche da chi entra nel negozio per la prima volta. Consiglio a tutti di provare i loro servizi. I have been visiting Jean Claude Paris beauty salons for some time because they are synonymous with professionalism and seriousness ...... but in that of Via Cimarosa al Vomero I feel like I am at home ..... sweetness, education but above all the professionalism of my dear Tilde make me feel really good. What transpires is the respect that each staff member has for the customer ...... but this is also felt by those who enter the shop for the first time. I recommend everyone to try their services.

Tuttavia la ragazza che doveva farmela era alle prime esperienze, mi ha rovinato tutti i capelli, è stata più di un’ora per la mia piega ed il risultato è stato veramente orrendo. Ho fatto anche notare la difficoltà della ragazza Nell’asciugarmeli in quel modo ed ho chiesto la sostituzione ma la responsabile mi ha risposto che la il cambio non poteva avvenire! Una volta finito lo scempio nonché tortura per i miei capelli non mi hanno nemmeno chiesto un parere, hanno fatto finta di niente ed io allo stesso modo ho pagato il dovuto e sono andata via. Inutile dirvi che non ci tornerò più. Fate attenzione e non accontentatevi come ho fatto io. I had chosen the "wave" fold and accepted the surcharge. La cosa che mi impedisce di cliccare 5stelle è quel cremone fatto a balsamo che fanno pagare a parte, io credo che per lavorare bene il capello dovrebbe essere applicata sempre una crema x le punte.. Ma compresa nel prezzo! Always very prepared and kind, fast and concentrated girls .. I capelli sono stati tagliati almeno 3-4 cm in più di quanto avevo chiesto, l'appuntamento è iniziato con 20 minuti di ritardo e per un colore e taglio ci hanno impiegato quasi 3 ore! In più ho pagato più di 100 euro per taglio e colore... Alla fine, quando ho detto di essere scontenta, non hanno neanche offerto soluzioni, anzi il parrucchiere che mi ha seguito l'ha presa sul personale, mostrando scarse conoscenze di principi di customer service. Magari le altre parrucchiere, di cui si parla nelle altre recensioni, sono più competenti, non so, ma la mia esperienza è stata pessima. Dopo 15gg ho dovuto rifare il colore, stressando i capelli, e mettere extension per nascondere il taglio brutto e corto ... Mai più. Eppure mi aspettavo molto ma molto di più da un centro che porta un nome così vistoso, elegante e glamour. Non all'altezza degli addetti ai lavori. In questo negozio parlano e sparlano tra di loro con il boccone in bocca davanti e indietro ai clienti, cioccolatini dietetici e forse succhi proteici. Ti chiedono 3 volte il green pass perchè è probabile non riescano ad aggiornare il programma e nell'attesa ti fanno piombare in disagio e freddezza. Nel mentre della sfilata al posto 3 e 4 sbadigli ti accompagnano e ti giungono all'orecchio. Chiedo venia per le parole forse giuste o neomelodiche ma Che dire. Senza parole. ......un dispiacere.Ma in tutto questo esiste un titolare del negozio. O sta anche lui divanato a fare merenda a sbafo dei pochi clienti che cercano realmente di fidelizzarsi a un nome o buon hair stylist! TO BE CONTINUED. Nice service but not exhaustive. In this shop they talk and gossip with each other with bites in their mouths in front of and back to customers, diet chocolates and maybe protein juices. They ask you for the green pass 3 times because it is likely they will not be able to update the program and while waiting they make you fall in discomfort and coldness.
