F	Frank Dalex on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ chiamati all'inizio di luglio, mi dicono che il problema è una perdita, preventiviamo un lavoro di 450 euro, dopo diversi solleciti intervengono. passano 2 giorni ed il problema ritorna, li richiamo e di nuovo dopo diversi solleciti intervengono, dicendomi che il problema non era quello che avevano riscontrato durante il preventivo. per la seconda volta dicono di aver risolto il problema, ma così non è stato, (siamo ormai ad agosto), li chiamo e mi rispondono dicendomi che sarebbero intervenuti a settembre visto che oramai erano in ferie. agli inizi del suddetto mese ritornano, smontano tutto e portano via, tornano dopo circa 15gg siamo ormai alla terza settimana di settembre, montano tutto dicendomi che il problema era una valvola rotta. chiaramente i condizionatori sono stati provati per un paio di giorni solamente, visto che comunque non faceva più così caldo. arriviamo a novembre precisamente il 29, chiaramente metto i condizionatori in modalità riscaldamento, e sorpresa di nuovo non funzionano... non intendo prolungarmi ancora, chiaramente il problema non è mai stato risolto spendendo 450 per una riparazione e soffredo tutta l'estate. adesso chiamerò dei veri professionisti... called at the beginning of July, they tell me that the problem is a loss, we estimate a job of 450 euros, after several reminders intervene. 2 days pass and the problem returns, I call them back and again after several reminders they intervene, telling me that the problem was not what they had encountered during the estimate. for the second time they say they have solved the problem, but it has not been so, (we are now in August), I call them and they answer me telling me that they would have intervened in September since they were now on vacation. at the beginning of the aforementioned month they come back, they take everything apart and take away, they come back after about 15 days we are now in the third week of September, they assemble everything, telling me that the problem was a broken valve. clearly the air conditioners were only tested for a couple of days, as it wasn't that hot anyway. we arrive in November precisely on the 29th, clearly I put the air conditioners in heating mode, and surprise again they don't work ... I do not intend to prolong myself any longer, clearly the problem has never been solved by spending 450 on a repair and I suffer all summer. now I will call some real professionals ...
