Consiglio a tutte le persone che sono in possesso di una caldaia Bosch di non affidarsi "mai" ad un personale "tuttofare o plurimarche" , la differenza c'è e si vede !!!!! Il giorno dopo la caldaia ha cominciato a perdere acqua, richiamato il tecnico, ci ha comunicato che il pezzo sostituito forse era bucato in quanto non nuovo ma ricondizionato, cosa non dichiarata nel primo intervento. Per la riparazione definitiva ci hanno comunicato che avremmo dovuto pagare ancora. Purtroppo abbiamo dovuto constatare che i vari servizi televisivi relativi alle truffe effettuate a danno degli utenti sono una triste realtà di questo mondo. Invito gli utenti a stare molto attenti. Ho avuto problemi con lo scalda acqua della junkers ed essendo ancora in garanzia ho ritenuto chiamare il servizio assistenza che prontamente mi ha fatto pervenire un loro tecnico di fiducia. Appuntamento puntualissimo e in pochi minuti il buon caro Sossio ha ripristinato il tutto con estrema professionalità e superando in qualità il precedente installatore. Mi è stata fornita non solo assistenza ma persino una consulenza specifica per non incorrere in altre noie. Consiglio vivamente la CN service in quanto già dalla chiamata hanno operato con estrema Tempestività (ho un bimbo di 3 anni) e Cordialità! Complimenti a tutto lo staff!
