Molto veloci nella preparazione dell'ordine e la sua spedizione (nel mio caso in 24/36 ore era già preso dal corriere e in viaggio). Ma soprattutto encomiabile attenzione per il cliente, e prontezza nel risolvere i problemi che si possono presentare. Porto 2 esempi: dopo una svista nella preparazione dell'ordine, in cui mancava un pezzo, e segnalato il problema via mail, ho avuto prontamente la risposta, le scuse e il tracking della spedizione del pezzo mancante. In seguito, problematica comune a molti utenti: il corriere o non trova l'indirizzo o non riesce a tentare la consegna nella giornata prevista e mette in giacenza la spedizione; il giorno seguente, vengo immediatamente contattato dall'ufficio di Due C per avvisarmi del problema del corriere, verificare la correttezza dell''indirizzo e concordare le modalità del nuovo tentativo di consegna. La signorina al telefono mi ha illustrato l'offerta fatta dal centro. Interessata sono andata di persona . Ho parlato col signor Carmine, ha fatto un'ottima impressione a me e mio marito, prima per competenza in materia,poi per grande onesta' e disponibilità. Ci siamo accordati per l'istallazione e a quel punto sono stata seguita dalla segretaria in merito alla documentazione da fornire e i vari passaggi per l'espletamento della pratica per l'ecobonus. Non ho avuto nessuna difficoltà, perché la signorina è molto chiara e sempre disponibile. La cosa che mi ha piacevolmente sorpresa è stata, la grande professionalità della squadra che è venuta a casa per l'istallazione:competenti, pulitissimi, hanno provato e riprovato che tutto funzionasse, mi hanno dato spiegazioni, chiarimenti. Io penso che questo Centro non solo è competitivo per il rapporto prezzo-qualità ma anche perché si avvale di personale competente in tutti i suoi aspetti. Spiegando la problematica mi ha chiesto di cercare il problema nell'impianto di casa e di non comprare nulla, così appena sono tornato ho trovato il problema così come descritto dal negoziante. la mattina seguente con 7 euro, purtroppo sono a poco meno di 30 km dal negozio e non sono andato da loro a comprare i ricambi della centralina dei termosifoni, ho risolto il problema; oggi è passata una settimana e vi garantisco che è tutto risolto. la mia storia parla da se: mi sono imbattuto in persone SERIE, ONESTE, PROFESSIONALI E CHE BADANO PER PRIMA COSA ALLA SODDISFAZIONE DEL CLIENTE.
