★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo ho costatato sulla mia pelle la poca professionalità, con contratto di assistenza annuale in corso non vengono a fare intervento adducendo scuse del tipo siamo pieni, però il Sabato non lavorano. Ho spiegato loro che avrei chiamato altro tecnico vista l'urgenza e a loro non ha fatto ne caldo ne freddo, giusto per rimanere in argomento!!!! Inaffidabili e vengono solo quando c'è da rinnovare il contratto...... Sconsiglio a tutti.
Unfortunately I have noticed on my skin the lack of professionalism, with an ongoing annual assistance contract they do not come to make an intervention giving excuses like we are full, but on Saturday they do not work. I explained to them that I would have called another technician given the urgency and they were neither hot nor cold, just to stay on the subject !!!! Unreliable and only come when there is a need to renew the contract ...... I do not recommend it at all.
