La sua voce dolce e i suoi esercizi sono molto utili anche per rilassarsi dopo una giornata stressante. Silvia è davvero professionale e preparata, l'ambiente molto accogliente e pulito. Sono riuscita a rilassare il collo e a sentirlo piu' leggero (cosa per me piuttosto difficile!). Vi consiglio vivamente di provare! I had heard so much about it, but I had never tried a pilates lesson. Silvia is really professional and prepared, the environment very welcoming and clean. I was able to relax my neck and feel lighter (which is rather difficult for me!). I highly recommend you try it!
