R	Roberto Devetak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ESPERIENZA PESSIMA sia nella consulenza del mobile acquistato (circa 3.000 euro) che nel back selling in cui non abbiamo avuto alcuna assistenza pere risolvere fattivamente il problema. Ci è stato consigliato un mobile porta lavatrice senza che ci fosse stato chiesto dove fossero esattamente gli attacchi né nessuno si è peritato di proporci un'uscita per valutare il tutto (quindi per non tenere il mobile semi aperto abbiamo dovuto far spaccare le piastrelle di un bagno nuovo a nostre spese). Di fronte all'evidenza della cosa, per liquidarci, ci hanno solo consigliato un modello in commercio ultra slim e con un cestello detersivi particolare (PS nessuno aveva tra l'altro richiesto nulla di tutto ciò). Show room con prodotti molto belli ma personale assolutamente non in linea con le aspettative. ESPERIENZA DA NON RIPETERE ?? Faced with the evidence of the thing, to liquidate us, they only recommended an ultra slim model on the market and with a particular detergent basket (PS nobody had asked for any of this). Show room with very beautiful products but staff absolutely not in line with expectations. EXPERIENCE NOT TO BE REPEATED ??

Il signore con cui ho parlato è stato molto competente e di aiuto. Nonostante avessi tempistiche corte per l’arrivo del materiale sono riusciti ad accontentarmi. Consigliatissimo. Il mio un Ordine mi rendo conto minimo se paragonato ad altri clienti e probabilmente il trattamento è stato proporzionato alla spesa. Appuntamento di conferma gestito senza attenzione e tra un cliente e l'altro nonostante avessi preso un appuntamento. Non sono mai stata contattata per aggiornamenti sull'ordine, ma ho dovuto sollecitare più volte per avere delle minime informazioni. Piastrelle prima date come disponibili poi dopo aver pagato l'acconto magicamente diventano da produrre. Il giorno del saldo e del ritiro, al momento del pagamento mi viene arrotondato il totale per ECCESSO a favore loro, di poco certo, ma è una cosa che non avevo mai visto in tutta la mia vita. Veramente di cattivissimo gusto, cosa siamo al banco dei salumi "che faccio lascio"? Al momento del pagamento di solito si arrotodna per difetto, una scelta commerciale basica che anche in questo caso toglie punti a una già non felice esperienza. Peccato, il negozio è molto carino e il signore in magazzino l'unico punto felice dell'esperienza. La risposta è in linea con il resto dell'esperienza. Coome specificato si trattava di una cifra ridicola, ma qui si parla di basi commerciali e di gentilezza. Saluti Really a bad experience. Lo showroom offre tanta scelta, per tutte le tasche con prodotti molto attuali. Sono stata seguita per il mio bagnetto come se fosse stato un'intero appartamento, in tutte le fasi. Il costo è rientrato nel preventivo e sopratutto nel mio budget di spesa. Consigliato sia per professionalità, ma sopratutto, per trasparenza ed onestà!
