L	Leon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatte installare 3 stufe a pellet per una spesa complessiva di circa euro 7000,00. Ci siamo affidati con fiducia a questa ditta. Il titolare ci ha quindi consigliato i tipi di stufe tutte MCZ Una in sala, una in cucina ed una al piano camere tipo Flat. Abbiamo constatato che per quanto riguarda la stufa al piano camere è risultata decisamente sottodimensionata e quindi insufficiente a riscaldare l'ambiente. Inoltre il calore del tipo di stufa che ha il getto di aria calda verso il basso ha rovinato il parquet anche perché non è stata installata nessuna piastra di protezione che invece avrebbe dovuto essere messa. Ovviamente noi da neofiti non lo sapevamo e la ditta non ci ha assolutamente messo a conoscenza. Comunque abbiamo rappresentato le problematiche suddette di persona al titolare recandoci in negozio. Da subito ci è stata preclusa l'eventuale sostituzione della stufa sottodimensionata che lui ci aveva consigliato! Ci era inoltre stato detto dal titolare che avrebbe provveduto a fare installare una piastra e si sarebbe interessato per la riparazione del parquet. Ormai sono trascorsi diversi mesi e non si è più fatto sentire per risolvere le problematiche. Sulla scorta della Nostra esperienza consigliamo di fare mettere tutto per iscritto nel caso vi rivolgiate a questa ditta. Se ci saranno aggiornamenti lo pubblicheremo. Buona giornata. We found that with regard to the stove on the bedroom floor it was decidedly undersized and therefore insufficient to heat the room. In addition, the heat of the type of stove that has the jet of hot air down has ruined the parquet because it was not installed any protection plate that should have been placed instead. Obviously we did not know from neophytes and the company absolutely did not let us know about it. However we represented the aforementioned problems in person to the owner by going to the store. Immediately we were denied the possible replacement of the undersized stove that he recommended! We were also told by the owner that he would see to having a plate installed and he would have been interested in repairing the parquet. Several months have now passed and it has never been heard again to resolve the problems. On the basis of our experience, we recommend that you put everything in writing if you contact this company. T	Tiziana Bertoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noi abbiamo acquistato una stufa MCZ consigliata dai titolari quasi 2 anni fa ma dal momento che ci è stata consegnata non è mai andata bene fin da subito. Praticamente è tutta rifatta, abbiamo cambiato l'inverosimile: scheda madre, ventole, ventoline....di tutto di più! Naturalmente dal primo problema abbiamo chiesto di sostituirla, visto che aveva solo un mese, ma naturalmente la risposta è stata no. Ora siamo di nuovo punto a capo, con lo scoppio stamattina della stufa con fuoriuscita di fumo nero( non è andata nemmeno in allarme) come invece dovrebbe fare, per fortuna eravamo a casa!!!!! Sicuramente la cambieremo visto che non è una stufa nemmeno sicura, e non acquisteremo mai più da Edilcasa ne tantomeno la marca MCZ, perche' per noi è molto SCADENTE. Son tutti bravi a vendere e a fare i sorrisini prima del pagamento, poi una volta effettuato quello "chi s'è visto s'è visto!!!!" Che vergogna!!!! Basically everything is redone, we have changed the improbable: motherboard, fans, fans .... everything more! Of course from the first problem we asked to replace it, since it was only one month old, but of course the answer was no. Now we are back to head again, with the outbreak of the stove this morning with black smoke coming out (it did not even go into alarm) as it should do, luckily we were at home !!!!! We will certainly change it since it is not even a safe stove, and we will never buy the MCZ brand from Edilcasa again, because for us it is very POOR. They are all good at selling and making smiles before payment, then once you have made that "who has seen has seen !!!!" What a shame!!!!

E ho dovuto pure litigare per farmi fare la fattura...personalmente non ci tornerò mai più. 50 euros for 5 tubes of gray silicone sealant ... And I also had to fight to get the invoice ... personally I will never go back.
