Il personale giovane e altamente specializzato studia la condizione fisica di ogni paziente/atleta e, a seconda degli obiettivi desiderati, lo segue durante tutto l’allenamento, correggendone minuziosamente la postura e ogni movimento. Per questo motivo consiglio Vertex sia agli atleti che vogliono migliorare le proprie prestazioni, sia a chi come me vuole allenare il fisico dopo un infortunio, eseguendo esercizi mirati e con la garanzia di evitare ricadute.
A gym different from all the others, very intimate and welcoming. For this reason I recommend Vertex both to athletes who want to improve their performance, and to those like me who want to train their body after an injury, performing targeted exercises and with the guarantee of avoiding relapses.

Il personale è giovane e molto professionale. Lo consiglio a chiunque voglia realmente raggiungere un proprio obbiettivo fisico.
I am followed by almost a year since David, the person very prepared and friendly, able to tailor each workout to your physical condition. The environment is very well kept and equipped. The staff is young and very professional. I recommend it to anyone who really wants to achieve their own physical goal.
