Facendo sia corsi con macchinari che a corpo libero posso dire di notare moltissimi benefici anche di tonicità (il che non guasta!) Una nota di merito a Luana, l'istruttrice che, oltre ad essere preparatissima, svolge il suo lavoro con tantissima passione e grinta. New and very nice environment, equipped with changing rooms.
