L	Ludovico (Ludov1c0) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non vorrei mai fare delle recensioni negative ma in questo caso voglio avvertire i possibili clienti di alcune cose oggettivamente in un 4 stelle non può essere ammissibile. 1) in camera l'acqua non è potabile 2) nelle camere non è presente né la wifi né la copertura telefonica 3)nella mia camera c'era l'idromassaggio (un po' usurato) ma non la doccia ed è impossibile regolare la temperatura. 4)le stanze sono piene di crepe sembra esserci stato un terremoto qualche giorno fà 5)il servizio ristorazione è estremamente lento, un ora per un primo.. Le cose positive sono la vista e la piscina I would never want to make negative reviews but in this case I want to warn possible customers of some things objectively in a 4-star may not be eligible. 1) the water in the room is not drinkable 2) in the rooms there is neither wifi nor telephone coverage 3) in my room there was a whirlpool (a bit worn) but no shower and it is impossible to regulate the temperature. 4) the rooms are full of cracks there seems to have been an earthquake a few days ago 5) the catering service is extremely slow, one hour for a first .. Alla sera cena sotto un bel porticato con vista incantevole, ma ciò non giustifica 240 € per 7 miseri antipasti, spaghetti all'aglione anziché pici, e 3 uova all'occhio di bue, e 2 bottiglie di vino..... a ho scritto alla signora di ripensarci sul prezzo della cena.... ma non ho avuto risposte. Quindi non consigliere questo posto a nessuno, ho fatto una pessima figura ...pernottato il 2 giugno 2021 Very nice place, where I booked for my friends as the last stop on the way of the gods. I took a shower with a little water. In the evening, dinner under a beautiful porch with an enchanting view, but this does not justify € 240 for 7 poor appetizers, spaghetti all'aglione instead of pici, and 3 fried eggs, and 2 bottles of wine ..... a ho wrote to the lady to reconsider the price of dinner .... but I have not had any answers. So don't recommend this place to anyone, I made a bad impression ... stayed overnight on June 2nd 2021

Ottima l’accoglienza e il trattamento ricevuto per l’intero soggiorno. Una cucina genuina (quasi vegetariana) basata su delle materie prime bio di ottima qualità prodotte in loco e cucinate con cura. Siamo stati benissimo, siamo andati via prenotando un altro weekend. La quinta stella? Dopo che risolveranno un piccolo problemino riscontrato e normale in fase di riavvio di una struttura. Non vediamo l’ora di aggiornare la recensione dopo il prossimo soggiorno. An oasis of peace and serenity, a swimming pool with spectacular views. Despite having recently reopened, we found a well-maintained facility. Excellent hospitality and treatment received for the entire stay. A genuine (almost vegetarian) cuisine based on high quality organic raw materials produced on site and cooked with care. We had a great time, we left by booking another weekend. The fifth star? After that they will solve a small problem encountered and normal when restarting a structure. We can't wait to update the review after our next stay.

L' organizzazione è molto da rivedere, non si può chiedere alle 17:00 di lasciare libera la piscina perché c'è un matrimonio! E per lo stesso motivo non si può chiudere il ristorante. Non si può dire ai clienti che avranno gli appartamenti attigui non assegnargleli e poi ritrattare ..... Insomma non posso dire di essere stato male ma neanche che tutto sia andato liscio. Inoltre anche se alla fine è andato tutto a buon fine l' utilizzo del bonus vacanze non è stato semplice. P.s se prenotate camera con angolo cottura portatevi le pentole..... Ne abbiamo trovata solo una per cuocere la pasta. The place has potential, well located, with a pool of the right size although it could be better maintained. The organization is very much to be reviewed, you cannot ask at 17:00 to leave the pool free because there is a wedding! And for the same reason the restaurant cannot be closed. We cannot tell customers that they will have the adjacent apartments not to assign them and then retract ..... In short, I cannot say that I was bad but not that everything went smoothly either. Furthermore, even if everything went well in the end, using the holiday bonus was not easy. P.s if you book a room with kitchenette bring the pots ..... We only found one to cook the pasta.

Food is served at the hotel, with lunch being on request. The food is good. Check in for the rental accommodation is at the hotel.

For those who expect spectacular views, beautiful hills and vineyards, tiny medieval churches hidden behind ancient trees, a gorgeous swimming pool and you sunbathing in a field of olive trees, watching hares running by. An ocher renaissance villa, pines and cypresses. Have a beautiful dinner in the loggia and finish your wine in your own dependance/mini apartment, listening to the crickets. Have a 30 minutes ride through the hills up to Fiesole and Florence. And meet at breakfast the very gentle and helpful owners of the villa. Beautiful holiday, I'll be back !
