★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno per quanto riguarda la mia esperienza posso dire di aver ricevuto un servizio prevendita ottimo, ma non posso dire lo stesso per quanto riguarda il servizio di postvendita. Non pretendevo grandi cose , ma un semplice riconoscimento per un piccolo disguido avvenuto con la vostra concessionaria. Mi riferisco al fatto dell'esposizione per una settimana nel mese di dicembre nelle vostre vetrine del mezzo da me acquistato nel mese di novembre . Come detto pensavo mi si potesse venire incontro con uno sconto o con un primo tagliando gratuito, ma nulla di tutto cio' . Se si somma all'accaduto che anche grazie al sottoscritto presentavo un collega che una settimana dopo acquistava un autovettura presso il vostro concessionario, pensavo di essere trattato con un occhio di riguardo.
Per il resto nulla da ridire con il servizio accoglienza e cortesia per le domande rivolte al venditore . Ogni mio quesito ha avuto risposta.
Grazie per avermi dato la possibilita' di poter esprimere il mio giudizio. Salve arrivederci.
Good morning as far as my experience is concerned, I can say that I have received an excellent presale service, but I cannot say the same regarding the after-sales service. I didn't demand big things, but a simple acknowledgment for a small mistake that happened with your dealership. I refer to the fact of the exhibition for a week in December in your shop windows of the vehicle I purchased in November. As said, I thought you could meet me with a discount or with a first free coupon, but none of this. If you add to the incident that also thanks to the undersigned I presented a colleague who a week later bought a car at your dealer, I thought I was treated with an eye.
For the rest, nothing to complain with the welcome and courtesy service for questions addressed to the seller. My every question has been answered.
Thanks for giving me the chance to express my opinion. Hello goodbye.
