★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beim ersten Anruf wurde aufgelegt. Dann wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass sie leider nicht in der Lage seien, 2 neue Reifen für uns zu besorgen, weil die Werkstatt voll ist. Macht nichts, lässt man einen VW Kunden einfach mit defekten Reifen bei Seite liegen. Dieser Service ist mal absolut peinlich für eine VW Vertrags-Werkstatt. Ich befinde mich absolut in der Mobilitätsgarantie. Das Ganze werde ich an VW noch melden.
 The first call was hung up. Then we were told that unfortunately they are not able to get 2 new tires for us because the workshop is full. Never mind, you just leave a VW customer with defective tires aside. This service is absolutely embarrassing for a VW contract workshop. I am absolutely in the mobility guarantee. The whole thing I will report to VW.

L' auto e' stata verificata dal personale tecnico dell officina Cinquanta con attenzione prima di elaborare il preventivo e, da quanto potuto verificare, anche durante il tagliando.Al momento della consegna Francesca mi ha illustrato i lavori eseguiti durante il tagliando riferendomi di alcune criticità a me non note emerse durante i vari controlli approfonditi e rispetto alle quali provvederà ad inviarmi un preventivo di ripristino. Sono soddisfatto della serietà e della chiarezza.
