Ho avuto anch'io la brutta esperienza di acquistare un'auto da loro. Dopo soli 3 anni ho cambiato auto rivolgendomi ben altrove. Officina da dimenticare. Comunque complimenti direttore, bellissima collezione di brutte recensioni. I see that by dint of behaving incorrectly with customers we see the FALLING STARS or Poor as the service offered. Punto primo potevate dirlo ieri senza far perdere tempo... Punto secondo un problema così stupido di rottura della cuffia dopo 30000 km non è normale. Ma nessun problema risolto con 40 euro presso la mia officina di fiducia. Sostituita batteria presso officina ad un costo maggiore della concorrenza si è rotta per difetto dopo solo 18 mesi. Non hanno riconosciuto la garanzia nonostante sulla stessa ci fosse scritto 3 anni. Bad experience. Devo fare i miei ringraziamenti al personale del centralino e soprattutto al personale in officina per la loro cortesia professionalità e pazienza nei miei confronti,dato che li chiamavo ogni due giorni per avere notizie sull'andamento dei lavori. L’assistenza Renault mi ha consigliato di recarmi in un’autofficina e la concessionaria Autosole srl ha saputo prontamente aiutarmi, risolvendo molto gentilmente il problema della batteria in soli 10 minuti, consentendomi così di ripartire senza problemi. gentilissimi e molto professionali.
