★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife had a private operation here which was paid by insurance. However, when I saw how much they paid and what we received for that money..... Cold, unpalatable food, Sparse rooms and impolite staff. They put money over standards .Avoid. We received better service in the state hospital system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a private operation at this hospital. Barely and only briefly saw the consultant. Had to endure at least six attempts to find my vein for the anaesthesia, just before operation. A painful nightmare. The Romanian nurse giving iron intravenously was a butcher, completely uncaring; I had a bad haemorrhage and swelling after. Food was terrible. I've had better treatment being cared for in a public hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Ms. Giovanna Masci is more than i expected. My mother was addressed and treated with respect, kindness and professionalism. Dr. Masci approached her with a lot of reassurance, laymen language and listend her itently and always gave her a clear knoledgeable answer. Her treatment care continues with the confidence and she is receiving the same exellent approach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had high expectations before coming to this hospital. Yes, it is a huge, clean and modern hospital, but the medical check experience was, by far, one of the most unpleasant. I would point out some of the negative aspects (regarding doctor-pacient relation) such as: lack of empathy, incapacity to answer to all my questions, vague responses such as "I prefer so" with no arguments whatsoever. I left that place the same as I came, knowing the exact things that I knew about my disease and with no perspectives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A huge hospital located on the outskirts of Milan. Easily accessible by train, metro and shuttle bus services. This hospital is enormous but clear indications help to find one's way easily. Numerous staff personnel are courteous and available to respond to any questions posed. I saw professionality and kindness from all levels of staff hierarchy much unlike what I have experienced in some Friuli hospitals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For my experience it's a great Hospital, I never had any issues even considering the ongoing pandemic they did great, nurses and personals are usually very gentle and enjoyable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother had an accident on her bike and they didn't gave me the information that I needed so I tried to call the hospital for more information, the staff that answered was very "maleducata" and she started screaming "Which department?!" she could've asked nicely but no, she started screaming at me for no reason. I tried to call again after she dropped the call and another staff answered me without giving me the information that I needed she dropped the call. In the end I went to the hospital to get my mother without getting information. Stay away from this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, they do not monitor patients and they let people die due to no care. My father was here due to a fall, nothing alarming because he was fully functioning. He was able to walk and function just fine. Due to Covid they wouldn’t let us visit him and for some reason my dad’s phone was turned off and they wouldn’t even help him charge or turn on his cell phone. After one week my father died, for no reason and they didn’t even know why: no one was monitoring him, they didn’t have any cardio equipment connected to him. The doctor said he died in the middle of the night and they didn’t even know what time. The care in this facility is not safe for any of their patients, I would strongly urge anyone who has a family member at this facility to love their loved ones to another hospital right away!
